Shipping & Returns
Delivery Terms
* The cost of packing and delivery is shown prior to confirming your order.
* We send all orders via Royal Mail, and may use first/second class, standard parcel service, recorded delivery or guaranteed next day delivery as appropriate.
* Please note that at present we are only able to accept orders for delivery within the UK. Unfortunately we are also unable to send to BFPO and APO addresses.
* We aim to deliver all orders within the times set out above, however, please do not contact us regarding the delivery status of your order until the following times have elapsed:
Standard: 15 days
Next Day: 3 days.
* Reasonable allowance should be made for orders made over the weekend, seasonal and at public holidays.
* Please allow up to 30 days for delivery in exceptional circumstances.
* Where recorded or guaranteed next day delivery is used, the delivery must be signed for.
* We may send your order in multiple packages. We will endeavour to advise you of this by email prior to dispatch.
* If delivery is attempted and no-one is in you will be notified by Royal Mail (while you were out card) that your package is being held for collection by Royal Mail. Please pay careful attention to the information that Royal Mail provides on the information card in respect of collection times, redelivery options, etc.
* If you fail to collect the package within the stated time period and the package is returned to us we will consider the order cancelled.
* Under these circumstances, prior to making a refund, we will make a charge to cover the post and packing costs of sending the goods to you. An additional postage and packing charge will also be made if you wish the goods to be re-sent.
* Please also note that Lemaxland does not accept responsibility if Royal Mail fails to notify you of an attempted delivery.
* Guaranteed Next Day Delivery is a service of the Royal Mail only, no guarantee is provided by Lemaxland in relation to orders sent using this method and no compensation will be payable by Lemaxland under any circumstances. We will refund your postage costs only where Royal Mail provide us with a refund under the terms for this service. Where this condition is met, the refund will be credited to your card within 30 days of our receipt of the Royal Mail refund. Note, Royal Mail refunds are for the value of items and do not include P&P.
* Please note that if any part of the delivery address or postcode you provide is wrong you will be liable up to the total cost of your order should the package fail to be delivered or returned to us within 30 days of posting.
In the unlikely event that your item gets delayed or goes missing in the post, refunds or replacements will only be issued once the package is officially classed as lost by Royal Mail. For Standard Delivery this applies if the item remains undelivered 15 working days after posting. For Next Day Delivery this applies if the item remains undelivered 7 working days after posting.

Returns
You have the right to cancel your order at any time up to 30 days after the day following the delivery of the goods. Return instructions are provided on the invoice / packing slip that is shipped with your order.
Your right to cancel is on the basis that we will be able to re-sell the goods to another customer as BRAND NEW when you return them to us; so please do not use the goods or open any sealed retail packaging. Opened or used products will not be accepted.

If the products have already been posted to you, you must return the products to us at the time of cancellation and we will credit you using the same method that you paid with originally with the price of the products (excluding return P&P) within 30 days beginning with the day on which notice of cancellation was given. You should return products to: Product Returns, Lemaxland, PO Box 5933, Milton Keynes, MK4 1WL, UNITED KINGDOM

You must enclose a copy of the original invoice. When returning goods we recommend that you use recorded delivery, and MUST obtain a proof of posting from the Post Office.
If you do not return the goods within 7 days of your cancellation, we will make an administrative charge of £30 in respect of the cost of recovering the goods.
If you do not return the goods or fail to make them available for collection within 30 days of your notice of cancellation, you will be deemed to have rescinded your request to cancel and accepted the goods. You will be charged for your order at the price originally agreed as per our Terms and Conditions. Any administrative charges incurred shall be added to the total price of the order.
Please use the original packaging to return a Product. Where this is not suitable, please use packaging of an equivalent quality. Failure to do so may result in damage to the product which you will be liable for.
You must notify us of any shortage, damage or defect in the Product within 7 days of delivery or you will have been deemed to accept the Product. If the Product is found to be faulty or defective, then we will offer you either a replacement or a full refund where appropriate.

None of the above affects your statutory rights.
